Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): $5.99
Free standard shipping on all orders over $75.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.
Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at support@naturallybricked.com and we’ll do our best to help.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. Contact us at support@naturallybricked.com and we’ll work with you to resolve it.
