We stand behind Naturally Bricked. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right — no hassle, no runaround.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products in their original packaging.
Due to health and safety standards, opened products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
To initiate a return, email us at support@naturallybricked.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund status.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection. Depending on your bank or card provider, processing times may vary.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your product arrived damaged or defective, we’ll send a replacement at no additional charge.
Only purchases made directly through NaturallyBricked.com are eligible for refunds or replacements.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different product or bundle size, please place a new order separately.
